Fraser is head of Digby Brown's specialist Industrial Disease team which specialises in asbestos-related legal actions.

Fraser is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in
personal injury and since 2013 he has served on the personal injury
committee of the Civil Justice Council for Scotland, assisting in the
drafting and implementation of personal injury practice and procedure
rules to help implement the Courts Reform (Scotland) Act 2014.

Fraser is accredited as Senior Litigator as well as a specialist in both Occupational Disease and Asbestos Disease by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
